Free Pre-Construction Use of Procore

December 12th, 2007 by admin in How To

One great benefit of using Procore to manage your projects is that pre-construction projects can be put on the system for FREE.

“Pre-construction” means that the project hasn’t broken ground yet—but a pre-construction project still has a lot of data that needs to be organized. Using Procore for a pre-construction phase project gives you a central location to track RFIs, manage project-related emails, store documents and archive site photos.

Procore clients only start paying for projects once the course of construction phase has begun. Once we see that the project has broken ground, we’ll start charging for the monthly project fees—but until that time, our clients are welcome to start their project management at no cost.
