As 2022 draws to a close, I’m once again blown away by the incredible spirit, talent, and achievements of this industry. I’ve spent most of my life in construction, and I continue to be impressed by the resilience, commitment, and hard work of the folks who build the world around us. And while I don’t want to dwell on the dynamic environment of the past few years, I’d be remiss to not acknowledge and celebrate the industry for the obstacles it has overcome.

I talk to a customer just about every day, and time and time again I heard stories of how folks were innovating and finding creative ways to navigate today’s challenges and set themselves up for success in the future. This industry has continued to provide our communities with homes, hospitals, schools, airports, and the infrastructure that powers and brings them all to life. You quite literally keep the lights on—your work is mission-critical and impacts all of our lives, every single day.

To our customers and partners: I want to express my deepest gratitude for all that you do. Thank you for your continued partnership and innovation. Procore is honored to support you in doing your life’s best work.

Looking Forward to The Year Ahead

For the past 20 years, Procore’s mission has been to connect everyone in construction on a global platform. Over that time I’ve had the privilege of seeing that mission in action as our customers have delivered more connected, more efficient, and safer projects. But what I love most about this work is that as the industry’s needs evolve, so must we—Procore is continually listening to our customers to deliver best-in-class tools that enable folks to do their life’s best work. And while Procore has come a long way since it was founded, what I know for certain is that this is only the beginning.

As we set our sights on 2023, we remain committed to partnering with the industry to help folks not only meet today’s challenges but also create new opportunities that help them grow and thrive in the future.
