Here’s what we like to see in comments:

• Weigh in with smart, informed ideas that contribute further to the story.
• Demonstrate and share the intelligence, wisdom, and humor we know you possess.

Please be respectful of other contributors and don’t harass other participants. Although we can’t be everywhere at once, here are some types of comments we don’t allow:

• Promoting your own brand, product, or blog.
• Impersonating authors or other commenters.
• Comments containing profanity, racism, sexism, homophobia... you get the drift.
• Comments falling into these categories will be deleted. If you regularly post comments like this, you may be banned from commenting.
