Connecting Owners on a global platform to manage all of their projects
Procore is committed to delivering a unified platform for owners, and today, we’re introducing a suite of features and enhancements for our Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning products that bring us a big step further toward honoring this commitment.
Since releasing newly-acquired owner financial products in 2019, we’ve been working to integrate them into the Procore Platform. The new features and enhancements we are releasing enable owners to access all of their accounts and products in one place and deliver a consistent user experience across all products.
New features and enhancements include:
A single login for accessing Portfolio Financials & Capital Planning
Previously, an owner would have to login to Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning products separately from other Procore products -- using a different login URL and potentially even a different user name and password. Now there is a single, combined login experience for accessing all Procore products.
Direct navigation to all accounts and tools within the Procore app
The new Toolkit Switcher offers easy and direct navigation between Portfolio Financials / Capital Planning tools (such as the Dashboard, Cost Tracker, and Bid Room) and other Procore tools (such as Drawings, Photos, and Inspections).
Additionally, users who have access to multiple company accounts (for example, as a collaborator) will be able to switch between those companies in-app using a redesigned company selector. This enables seamless access to all accounts the user has been invited into - no matter which Procore tools that account leverages.
New design for Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning
Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning have a newly designed interface, for a consistent look and feel across Procore’s entire suite of products.
All of these features will be available on March 23.
