Discover What’s Next for Procore & FedRAMP®: A Message from Chief Revenue Officer Larry Stack

Procore has been preparing for the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®) authorization process over the past few years. After significant investments in the foundational tools, processes and talent to better support our federal customers and contractors, in July we announced our launch of the FedRAMP authorization process.

This announcement marked a significant milestone in Procore’s commitment to the highest standards of security, data protection and regulatory compliance. We have already achieved SOC2 and ISO27001 compliance, and FedRAMP authorization will further reinforce our position as a leader in secure cloud-based construction management software. We believe developing this solution will also help us as we explore other international compliance frameworks, making it easier for our global customers to manage complex, sensitive projects anywhere in the world.

A primary aim in our pursuit is to better serve and enable you to fulfill your contractual obligations under FedRAMP Moderate- and CMMC Level 2-mandated government projects, for any size and type of construction. To that end, we are partnering with Coalfire, the preeminent leader in global cybersecurity compliance readiness, to accelerate our development timeline. We selected Coalfire specifically for its track record in bringing cloud service providers to audit-ready status in record time, with 100% of its submitted builds passing 3PAO (Third Party Assessment Organization) audit to date.

Procore's strategic investment in a FedRAMP solution will be applied incrementally across our products, and we look forward to providing you updates on that front soon, along with other key developments. We’re excited about what this means for our customers and look forward to keeping you informed every step of the way as we partner to support your compliance needs. Join us at Groundbreak to learn what FedRAMP and CMMC compliance mean for federal construction projects and Procore's approach toward the authorization process.
