Introducing Procore Helix, an intelligence layer that powers smarter, more connected ways to build

Here are a few of the latest Procore platform innovations driving that story forward.

Unleashing productivity with artificial intelligence

At the heart of this transformation is Procore Helix, our intelligence layer, built to surface critical insights, automate routine tasks, and empower faster and more confident decisions. Procore Helix is our intelligence system, consisting of AI, agentic workflows, analytics, and insights. These capabilities are embedded into the platform to accelerate and scale construction workflows.

Procore has been the trusted single source of truth for years, centralizing critical data from preconstruction to closeout. Helix takes static project data – from daily logs and submittals to observations and RFIs – and transforms it into dynamic intelligence that teams can take action on. Unlike generic AI models that approximate construction context, Procore Helix is integrated into the platform and fueled by real construction data. This deep understanding allows Procore Helix to:

• Proactively spot issues: It automatically flags spec mismatches, identifies missing submittals, or alerts you to potential conflicts before they snowball into costly rework.
• Provide instant answers: Ask questions in plain language – "How do I log a change event?" or "Where are we most at risk for cost overruns?" – and get immediate answers from available data.
• Make optimization recommendations: Analyze your project data alongside external inputs like live weather forecasts, lead times, or vendor performance to recommend the fastest, most cost-effective path forward.

Today, we see Procore Helix in action through three distinct capabilities: 

1. Procore Assist, formerly known as Copilot, is our improved AI-driven conversational experience that enables teams to pinpoint and interact with their project data through natural language dialogue as they would with a seasoned colleague. The intelligence layer understands construction-specific context, making complex tasks simple and intuitive.
2. Procore Agent Builder was founded on the idea that agents are best built by those closest to the business. The Agent Builder puts the power of customization directly in our customers' hands, enabling them to create specialized agents tailored to their unique workflows. 

To help you easily get started using these innovations, Procore also offers three out-of-the-box agents that leverage Procore Helix intelligence: 

• The Daily Log Accountability Agent, available in pilot, generates a draft of a daily log using natural language and relevant data input, such as schedules and photos.
• The Submittal Creation Agent automatically generates submittals from existing specs, eliminating the pain of manual submission management.
• The Reporting Agent can generate or consolidate reports into a weekly summary, such as overdue RFIs.

3.  Procore Developer Studio breaks down the final barriers between platforms, enabling agents that work across apps or platforms by leveraging Model Context Protocols (MCPs), third-party integrations, and APIs.

Tailored owner experiences

Owners are at the heart of the project lifecycle, requiring tools that offer complete control and visibility over their business needs. Owners Portfolio Hub, set to launch later this year, will provide owners with integrated capabilities to manage their global construction portfolios. This hub will leverage Procore’s innovative Connectability capability as a key tool, delivering essential information across the entire plan, build, and operate lifecycle.

Procore is advancing the development of a comprehensive Portfolio Management solution, designed to empower owners with greater control and insight across their entire project landscape. This solution will encompass robust capabilities at the portfolio, program, and project levels, helping you optimize investments and strategically manage your initiatives. Additionally, integrated Asset Management for fixed assets will be a core feature, enabling owners to seamlessly track these assets from model visualization through construction completion and operational handover. This creates a complete digital trail to support ongoing operations and maintenance. All these features will be unified on Procore's connected platform, fostering seamless collaboration among General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Owners. Excellence at our core

Next-level safety

Safety is job number one and remains paramount in construction. We're fundamentally transforming jobsite safety with innovations that truly matter by leveraging AI to fundamentally reimagine protection for modern jobsites. To achieve this, we're separating our Quality and Safety modules to create focused solutions for both disciplines.

We've streamlined the process for field teams to report unsafe conditions and enabled voice and video capabilities for incident documentation. The upcoming Safety Hub features AI-driven customizable cards that simplify management, while our passive data collection through QR stickers and smart glasses automates visibility across your sites. 

Next-gen scheduling

Last year, we committed to enhancing our scheduling capabilities to help teams reduce delays and keep projects on track — and our team has delivered! Field Scheduling is now in early release, bringing real-time scheduling directly into Procore.

Every action on a jobsite—from Observations and RFIs to Submittals—can influence the project schedule. By embedding real-time scheduling within Procore, all your Procore data, like Observations and RFIs, becomes dynamic insights. This provides enhanced predictability and visibility into potential downstream schedule impacts.

Everything we track in Procore informs the schedule with AI predictions and recommendations. Procore Helix can analyze an RFI, assess its likelihood of causing a schedule change, and even suggest a modification for your approval. We're simplifying scheduling and infusing it with AI-powered automation, so handling scheduling changes becomes simple and intuitive, and helps your project stay on schedule. 

Accelerated financial insights

We’re making how you manage, forecast, and handle budgets more powerful by streamlining construction financial management with the upcoming launch of end-to-end Job Costing.  Creating the industry's most comprehensive Project Financials solution on a single platform that delivers real-time financial visibility, empowering project teams to submit accurate and timely WIP reports and forecasts to the CFO through new Project Status Snapshots. This summer, Procore will launch an AI-powered direct costs tool in beta, enabling contractors to receive, code, approve, and pay non-contract invoices without leaving Procore. Procore Pay is expanding with Joint Check Management for enhanced lien protection and Invoice Compliance to streamline document collection from trade partners. Additionally, Procore is enhancing key partner integrations with Sage, Vista, CMiC, and  Workday to give construction teams faster, easier financial workflows. By seamlessly connecting with existing accounting systems, Procore helps reduce manual work, minimize errors, and improve visibility—to help projects stay on time, on budget, and be more profitable.

Transforming design for the field

Procore’s recent investments in BIM are just the beginning of empowering teams to put data-rich models at the center of every project. Through our acquisition of Novorender, we've unlocked the world's most powerful 3D streaming BIM platform, enabling teams to coordinate entire projects—even 50-mile highway stretches—in a single, unified view. Our multimodal vision connects maps, drawings, and 3D models, incorporating laser scans and drone captures in one dynamic interface. With FlyPaper's Sherlock technology, we've automated clash detection and resolution, saving users an average of nine hours per week and transforming manual coordination workflows. These innovations have already automated over 1 billion clash groupings, transforming how teams coordinate design. By putting BIM at the center of our platform, we’re helping every stakeholder build smarter and making it easier for owners to create digital twins.
