Procore Named to Forbes 2016 World’s Best 100 Cloud Companies List

Today Forbes published the definitive list of the world’s top cloud companies, The Cloud 100, and I’m thrilled to say that Procore was included in the inaugural ranking – coming in at #40 – alongside a number of promising and fast-growing cloud companies.

Being cloud-based allows us to be agile, delivering the best possible products and features directly to our users when and where they’re needed.

“Cloud companies are revolutionizing how businesses reach their customers today from digitizing painful old processes to allowing them more time to focus on what they really care about"— Forbes editor of the Cloud 100 list, Alex Konrad

We believe that the construction industry has been underserved when it comes to technology, which is why we’ve worked with our customers to develop a cloud-based construction project management platform that reduces the application footprint of construction professionals.

"The Forbes Cloud 100 companies represent the very best private companies in cloud computing,” said Byron Deeter, a leading cloud investor and partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. “We will see big IPOs and category killers emerge from this list as the cloud computing continues to propel the trillion-dollar software industry."

The Forbes 2016 Cloud 100 was selected by a panel of judges representing leading public cloud companies, using qualitative and quantitative data submitted by nominees, along with publicly available third-party data sources.
