Procore ranked No. 1 in Project Management and mobile app functionality by JBKnowledge Construction Technology Report
JBKnowledge released its 9th Annual Construction Technology Report, which provides a comprehensive look at how the construction industry uses technology and what software is having the biggest impact on the industry. While the challenges of 2020 were many, the report shows that they also accelerated digitization and adoption of technology across the construction industry.
“Procore has been focused solely on construction for nearly two decades, and the impact of that focus is clearly seen in the results of the 2020 ConTech Report and the positioning Procore achieved in so many segments,” said James Benham, CEO of JBKnowledge. “This year’s report further validates the importance and widespread adoption of enterprise technology within the construction industry.”
Respondents to the annual JBKnowledge report indicated that Procore remains the industry’s top choice for project management software, having maintained that position for the past four consecutive years. Procore helps customers increase productivity and efficiency, reduce rework and costly delays, improve safety and compliance, and have more financial transparency and accountability.
The Procore construction platform connects entire project teams, from the office to the field and across companies, providing one place to work together to do what they do best – build. In 2020 the industry rated Procore as the top mobile solution in four categories including daily reporting, photo/video capture, safety management, and time management.
“Procore’s mobile platform gives us a technological advantage over competitors who may still be operating in the ‘Dark Ages’ of spiral notebooks and software tied to in-house servers and desktops. The cloud-based platform and mobile apps provide team members with the versatility to access all the documents and tools they need to do their jobs regardless of their location.” - Brian Schmidt, Martin-Harris Construction
And as noted by Construction Dive, Procore was also the most popular app for daily reporting.
"Our senior superintendent had a bad experience in the past trying to use mobile project management applications in the field. After we showed him how easy it was to use the tool for his Daily Reports [in Procore], he liked it so much that he began convincing all the other field tradesmen to use it." – Jason Falcom, Project Manager, Turner Construction
Procore enables owners, general contractors, specialty contractors, architects, and engineers to collaborate across locations and devices. The Procore platform helps customers increase productivity and efficiency, reduce rework and costly delays, improve safety and compliance, and have more financial transparency and accountability.
