Procore Recognized as a 2023 Best Place to Work by Glassdoor

At Procore, we believe work isn’t just somewhere we go but something we do together. It’s why culture has been a priority since the day Procore was founded two decades ago. And while much has changed since the early days, the spirit of what makes Procore a great place to work has not. Our commitment to our vision of improving the lives of everyone in construction, our people-first culture and our core values of openness, ownership and optimism remains at the heart of everything we do.

We are honored to again be recognized as one of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work. This annual ranking captures insight from employees—past and present—who provide feedback about their job, work environment and employer over the past year.

As a founder, one of the things I’m most proud of is how we have maintained our unique and values-driven company culture, even as we’ve scaled. We’ve grown from a few employees to a few thousand, expanded into new regions, and integrated major acquisitions while continuing to embody the values that make us all Procorians. Today, I love how no matter where you are in the world, you can join a Zoom call or walk into any of our global offices, and it still feels like Procore. This is a testament to our employees who help cultivate our world-class culture every single day.

As Procore looks to 2023 and beyond, we remain committed to investing in our people and maintaining a strong company culture where all employees feel valued, safe and supported. Author and visionary thinker Simon Sinek hits the nail on the head when he says, “A culture is not invented. A culture constantly evolves...which is why it must be nurtured.”

To all our employees: Thank you for building, nurturing and contributing to the incredible workplace we have today. I am extremely proud to be part of this community and grateful to work alongside you.

If you’re passionate about joining a team of global Groundbreakers and having an impact on one of the largest industries in the world, I encourage you to check out our open roles.
