Procore’s Candidate Experience Recognized as One of the Best
For the second year in a row, Procore has earned a spot on the Talent Board’s 2018 North American Candidate Experience (CandE) list. This list recognizes companies that provide an excellent experience for candidates going through the recruiting process. We are excited to be included in this year’s list of 65 companies who are dedicated to elevating job searching and establishing new standards of exceptional recruiting practices across industries.
To be considered for this award, Procore surveyed over one hundred employment candidates (both who joined Procore and who didn’t), to learn about their experience throughout the Procore recruiting process. Candidates rated a few key data points including overall experience, the likelihood of applying again, and their likelihood of referring others to apply. Procore needed to score high marks in each of these categories for award consideration.

We are excited to implement the detailed feedback collected in the survey in order to continue improving our candidate experience practices. Since reviewing our survey results from 2017, we’ve made improvements in candidate communications, interview organization, and have even created a custom, personalized resource web page that every candidate who interviews onsite receives access to. This is their Interview Blueprint that guides them through their day on campus. We like to think outside the box and consistently ask ourselves how to create that “wow” experience. I’m excited to see what we implement next.
