Procore’s Latest Integrations Improve Construction Workflows

At the beginning of every year, many people take the opportunity of a fresh start to look inward and identify ways to better themselves. But one area that is often overlooked is our work. The new year can serve as a great time to look at improving our work processes. In 2018, Procore launched over 40 new integrations allowing our users to streamline workflows and reduce rework both on and off the jobsite.

Document and Drawing Management
2018 brought integrations with top document management solutions such as Egnyte, Dropbox, and Box for improved document storage through our partner Azuqua.

Our new integrations with Drawboard and ShapeDo provide enhanced markups as well as change detection and identification utilizing the Procore Drawings Tool. These integrations allow drawings and documents to flow seamlessly between solutions–reducing rework and ensuring that everyone has access to the most recent documents.

Field Financials
With new integrations between Acumatica, Xero, and Sage 100, and enhanced integration with Sage 300, Procore offers more integrations with your ERP solutions than any other platform. These integrations streamline collaboration between field teams and back office staff, improving visibility into job costs and budgets all while working within their platform of choice.

Scheduling
No construction project would finish successfully if it wasn’t for keeping a close eye on the schedule which is why we launched the ProjectControls.online integration. This integration allows enhanced schedule comparison, analysis, and view.

Some users have additional needs and need to improve their project planning. Our integration with Grit provides informed inputs from submittals and ties back into the daily log in Procore–allowing your field work schedules to connect directly with the Procore platform.
