Welcoming Procore’s New Chief People Officer Olga Kibler to the Team

Since day one at Procore, we’ve been committed to investing in our people and our culture no matter our scale. Now 20 years later, we are doubling down on that commitment as we welcome Olga Kibler to Procore as our new Chief People Officer (CPO) today.

Olga will lead Procore’s people strategy as we expand globally and continue to build high-performing teams while delivering a remarkable candidate and employee experience. Olga is a visionary leader who has extensive experience leading People organizations at high-growth, global SaaS companies, and we couldn’t be more excited for her to bring her passion and expertise to the Procore team. As Procore expands its workforce to better serve its growing global customer base, Olga will drive Procore’s continued growth across our Talent Acquisition, Talent Activation & Growth, Talent Business Partners & Employee Relations, Talent Operations, Total Rewards, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging organizations globally.

Olga joins us with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership at several market-leading software companies. Most recently, Olga was with Five9—a high-growth, public SaaS company focused on cloud contact center software—where she led the build-out of all aspects of the People function, and prior to that, DocuSign, where she was integral in leading the company through a growth strategy, which focused on building a diverse team and inclusive culture across 20 countries.

Olga’s approach to People organizations is one of many reasons we are confident she is the right person to lead and inspire our Global Talent Organization (GTO) and ensure we remain a people-first company as we continue to scale. She approaches the GTO org with a focus on organizational effectiveness, operational excellence for scale, and building a high-performance culture. She views HR through the lens of driving business outcomes, ensuring that everything we do is connected to business goals.
