Introducing the Women in Construction Empower Series

We are proud to introduce Procore’s Empower Series, kicking off with two events in October. Inspired by our Women in Construction initiative, these events will be multi-faceted, thought-leadership summits. The intent is to encourage conversation around the future of the construction industry, diverse workforces, and labor force challenges the construction industry faces. There will be a panel of speakers, an interactive workshop, and many opportunities to network with forward-thinking leaders and construction professionals.

This series will cover how we can work to increase the number of women in the construction workforce, how to motivate a diverse team and impact culture as individuals. As we face different challenges over the course of our careers, the Empower Series is our way of sharing success stories, getting the conversation started, and brainstorming what we can do to drive positive, effective action.
