Procore Earns #4 Spot on Glassdoor’s List of Best Places to Work
Building a strong culture and creating an environment that allows our employees to see the impact of their work has been critical for Procore as we’ve grown. So it’s an honor to have Procore be recognized with the #4 spot on Glassdoor's 2019 Best Places to Work. This annual ranking recognizes the Best Places to Work in 2019 by evaluating the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies on Glassdoor.
At Procore we like to say that business drives culture, and culture drives business. It’s a cyclical approach built on the idea that if we can provide the best products and service to our customers, we’ll be in a position where we can invest in our employees, which in turn creates motivated, talented people to help solve complex issues for the construction industry.
The industry we serve, construction, plays such a huge role in all of our daily lives. From the schools we attend, the roads we drive on, apartments we live in, or hospitals we visit, the construction industry helped build the physical world we occupy. Each day, all Procore employees have the opportunity to help support that industry by transforming the way construction professionals interact with technology.
And while this award specifically recognized Procore’s presence in the United States, we have been able to extend our impact into new international regions. It’s been exciting to see the growth of our offices in Australia, Canada, and most recently the United Kingdom.
Construction technology isn’t new. We’ve had the privilege of building software and working with thousands of innovative construction companies for well over a decade now, but I’ve never been more excited for what we can continue to accomplish together as a company. If you’re passionate about having an impact on one of the largest industries in the world (and now I can say one of the best places to work!) please reach out to us.
