Procore Earns a Spot on Outside Magazine’s List of 100 Best Places to Work: 2017

I’m excited to share that Outside Magazine has recognized Procore as a top place to work on their annual Best Places to Work list. The list ranks the top 100 companies that make employee health and happiness a point of pride, and this year Procore was ranked #2 in the large companies category and #38 among the top 100 finalists.

To be included on their ranking, Outside Magazine requires companies to anonymously survey their employees in order to determine if and where they place on the best places to work list. Procore’s inclusion on this year’s list is a strong indication of the positive culture and work environment that we’ve built and strive to maintain.

Among the feedback that led to our positioning on Outside Magazine’s list, employees shared that the leadership team’s support to be bold, try new things, and not be afraid to fail was indicative of the Procore employee experience. Employees also highlighted team offsites and Procore Valued Time Off (Procore’s unique paid time off policy) as other factors that lead to a positive work environment.

Procore has always made an effort to make the employee experience one that sets us apart. We set out to create an amazing culture from the start, focusing on hiring, managing to, and working in support of our three core values: Openness, Optimism and Ownership.

I am proud to lead a company where employee experience comes first. Company culture is not about perks, it is something we have attempted to cultivate from the ground-up. As we recently crossed the 1000th employee threshold, I couldn’t be more pleased to hear from employees that they feel we are succeeding.
