Procore ranked 8 on Forbes list of 100 private cloud companies
We are excited to share that Procore has once again been named to the Forbes 2020 Cloud 100, the definitive ranking of the top 100 private cloud companies in the world, published by Forbes in partnership with Bessemer Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures.
Having appeared on the inaugural 2016 list (#40) this marks the fifth consecutive time that Procore has been ranked on the Forbes Cloud 100, coming in at #8 on this year’s list alongside companies like Canva, Snowflake, and Stripe.
“For five years now, we have ranked the best and brightest emerging companies in the cloud sector. With so many businesses growing fast in the cloud, from data infrastructure to marketing, it’s harder than ever to make the Cloud 100 list –but with more elite company if you do.” – Alex Konrad, Forbes editor of The Cloud 100
Procore recently closed over $160 million in additional capital, in an extension of the company’s Series I financing. The funding is being used to further invest in product development and other strategic initiatives.
And earlier this year, Procore furthered its investment in artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities through the successful acquisition of Avata Intelligence, an AI and machine learning firm. The company has since introduced AI across several products.
