The last two months have brought a lot of growth to the Procore Marketplace. Launching 22 new partner integrations in February alone allowed Procore to surpass 200 integrations. Green Badger LEED Documentation

Green Badger software streamlines and automates the LEED construction documentation process for project teams. ProjectReady extends Document Management to provide document control across a variety of systems. With ProjectReady’s Document Control system, we integrate the Procore environment by unifying content across systems and providing a centralized project site with content automatically synchronized from Procore, SharePoint, Autodesk BIM 360 Docs and Box. ProjectReady enables collaboration across an extended team securely and in the context of your project.

Estimating and Takeoff

Takeoffs

The integration of the Procore application with Takeoffs enabled users to import their blueprints from Procore and complete their material takeoff in our easy to use interface. Alternatively a user may elect to have one of our in house estimators complete it for you. This enables users to access the most up to date versions of their plans in Procore without the need to export and import manually.

Field Communications

ProjectxR

The ProjectxR telepresence platform lets staff on-site host a meeting without attendees traveling. One person on-site shares their view of the job including AR annotations placed on the site by everyone on the call, including the team joining from their browser. Record conferences at any time for instant storage in Procore and bring files like documents and drawings from Procore into the conference at any time, giving everyone a shared view of the context at the job site and the project's data.

Zoom

Procore customers leverage our meetings solution to ensure everyone is aligned and tracking critical updates and decisions on their projects. Many of these meetings happen in person; however, many of them need to include collaborators who are working in remote offices. Procore has enabled a seamless integration with the leading provider of video conferencing, Zoom, to ensure that all stakeholders can be connected no matter where they are or what device they are using. Users can continue to leverage Procore to collaborate and track critical project initiatives, while ensuring their entire team can conference into any meeting with a single click.

Reconstruct

Single Sign-On: Procore users who also use Reconstruct can utilize their credentials to sign in to Reconstruct. For this, the user has to connect the Reconstruct account to the Procore account within the Reconstruct user profile settings.

File transfer: Once the accounts are connected, the user can connect a Reconstruct project with a Procore project. From Reconstruct's Data Manager, the user can view all uploaded files stored in Procore and upload them directly to Reconstruct's Data Manager.

Bldbox Express Estimate

The Bldbox Express Estimate is a web-based application for General Contractors. Using their own historical cost data, Bldbox users can generate conceptual estimates for new projects in seconds, not hours or days.

Multivista

2-for-1: Multivista Integration & Multivista Embedded APP;

  1. The Multivista Embedded App allows you to work in Multivista without ever leaving Procore. The App can be added to your Procore Project (instructions below) and then you can access Multivista right inside of Procore.
  2. The Multivista integration allows you to create and update Procore records and this work is done while navigating within your Multivista Project Website. With the addition of the new Multivista Embedded App you can access and leverage your Multivista Project documentation without leaving Procore. You will need to activate this integration from within Multivista. Please see the helpful links below to learn how to activate and use your Multivista integration.

SmartBarrel

Now available through the embedded app experience; Simply import your project information and vendors from Procore to SmartBarrel. Then simply collect verified daily headcount, timesheet, hours and work summaries from SmartBarrel devices and tools. SmartBarrel data will then automatically populate the Procore Daily Logs - Manpower section for each vendor seamlessly.

Portfolio Financials Launches (Accounting)

AvidXchange Lite

The AvidXchange Lite integration allows for Portfolio Financials Pro customers to automatically forward all approved invoices to a predetermined AvidXchange email address. The integration also allows for the inclusion of an optional cover sheet which will include a record of all approvers in the workflow as well as critical project data necessary for the processing of the invoice via accounts payable.
