Sage 300 CRE Connector enhancements give field and office teams more visibility into financial data

Today, we’re excited to introduce a handful of requested features which deepen the integration between Sage and Procore. These new features provide a better, comprehensive solution to users allowing for accurate data sharing between project management and accounting teams.

Sage 300 CRE connected to Invoice Management

The Sage 300 CRE Connector was designed alongside our joint development partner, hh2 Cloud Services, to effortlessly sync data with Procore’s Project Financials product. With this release, the connector will also integrate with Procore’s Invoice Management product, allowing users to sync subinvoices between Procore and Sage 300 CRE—eliminating double entry, streamlining invoicing processes, and simplifying Accounts Payable workflows.

Kardi Barton, the Senior IT Manager at the Cumby Group said that she has seen her invoicing process completely evolve, “Subcontractors used to send in their invoices on excel spreadsheets, pieces of paper, and even paper napkins–usually with incorrect calculations.”

Since then, the Cumby Group has built, “a smooth subcontractor invoicing workflow, which has immensely improved our overall trackability of invoices.” With the addition of syncing subcontractor invoices to Sage 300 CRE, Barton says, “Procore has enabled us to finally close that gap in the workflow, in turn, making us feel more confident in our invoicing process.”

Job Cost Detail and Cost Forecast Export

In addition, users now have the ability to import line-by-line cost detail into Procore directly from Sage 300 CRE. This workflow allows project teams true, real-time cost visibility, while streamlining communication and simplifying the export of forecasts from Procore to Sage. The goal? Ensuring that teams are working off one set of data.

“Financial data is now available to our field staff providing them access to updated information. Our field teams have been waiting years to have a cloud-based, mobile project management solution that integrates with Sage accounting software.
