With the new Quickbooks Accounts Payable feature, project accountants can export subcontractor invoices directly from Procore into QuickBooks, eliminating tedious double entry and preventing potential discrepancies between Procore and their accounting system. On average, we anticipate that this will save project accountants 20 hours per month. In addition, payments made in QuickBooks against synced subcontractor invoices will automatically sync to the corresponding commitment’s Payments Issued tab. This gives accountants, project managers, and subs visibility into payment status, saving GCs an average of 16+ hours a week fielding questions from subcontractors.
